The new V4 Thermopure fills the gap between the Zero with 0PPB water quality and Ionic's cold water V4. The name V4 signifies version four of the original Reach & Wash system and previously if you wanted hot water then your only option was to run a HotBox alongside.

Wouldn't use any other company for wfp. We have a 10 year old system and it still works great today. We have tried cheaper poles in the past but we soon found you get what you pay for.
Having tried several different makes of window cleaning pole over the last 10years, I must say the Ionic Poles are by far the sturdiest and easy to use. Not necessarily the cheapest, but then you get what you pay for;-))
