Arranged on a weekend for carpet & rug stain removal/ cleaning on a Monday, the gentleman came for the time allocated, my cream carpet had a stain on it that we couldn't get out using any stain removers at all and they managed to get the stains out & my carpet looks like brand new & so does the rug.
