Dreadful service. Took a dress only worn once but that had numerous stains on the front to b cleaned. This was my first visit to this cleaners. The dress has come back with the stains on the front gone but new marks/ staining on the back and also the delicate silk yolk at the top of the dress has all pulled away from the seaming front and back. Having been told by the manager when I returned it, that they would make good, and either repair the dress if the new staining came out, yesterday I was told that basically I was lying about the condition of the dress from when it was brought in. What is perhaps more telling is that when I took the dress back last week there was another customer who had brought a jumper back after the 4th time of cleaning because it kept coming back each time with new stains on. From telling me last week that they would make good on ruining my dress yesterday I was told I had to prove they had done the damage. Incredibly upset and disappointed at such blatant negation of responsibility. Dreadful dreadful service.
