We are a small family business which has been providing window cleaning and maintenance services in Cambridge since 1994. There are many window cleaners in Cambridge, but we noticed not many were offering a service working exclusively on period properties. We therefore started our business as window cleaners specialising in older buildings while still at university. We began by carrying ladders on a purpose-built trailer which we towed using a bicycle. Now we operate on a larger scale, but we still mainly concentrate on older buildings and provide the same, high standard of service.
Our principle service is window cleaning. We have now moved away from traditional window cleaning techniques and use water fed poles. Pure water is fed through a carbon fibre pole to a brush which cleans the windows. Pure water is a powerful solvent and produces perfect results, leaving the glass totally clean, with no chemical residue. Using this system means that we can work safely from the ground when window cleaning on the outside up to a height of 40 feet. This also provides more privacy. Cleaning the glass of a building inside and out makes a huge difference to how clean it looks.
We can offer simple, relatively inexpensive gutter repairs in and around Cambridge which last for a number of years. Alternatively we can offer replacement sections of guttering, or if you prefer, replacement of your entire guttering system. Excellent plastic and polymer guttering systems are now available in period finishes to complement your home or business. We can rectify most guttering problems without having to replace your present guttering, although on occasion, there is no other option, and in the worst cases, we have to replace rotten fascias, as well.
