Fitted my new boiler on very short noticed. I moved into my new property where the boiler was 18+ years old. 3 days in and it broke. Paul and Neil were quick to sort me out to ensure I have heating and hot water and fitted me a new boiler, and gas shower. Excellent service and left everything clean and tidy.

Paul and his team removed an old back boiler and put in a new Worcester boiler in the loft. They did a brilliant job, exactly what they said they would do with no hidden costs for a brilliant competitive price (I got a number of quotes for the same job at much higher a cost). They went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. They left the house in a great state, as if they hadn’t been there. Really, really happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.

Neil came highly recommended from a colleague. I called up on Tuesday evening as I had no heating or hot water and had a new boiler installed by the Thursday afternoon at a competitive price! Was also pleased as they had fixed my hot water tap in the bathroom and tidied up some pipes in my hallway for no additional cost. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family in the future.

Paul and Neil did an excellent job of replacing my old boiler and fitting a Nest smart control. The survey was done at a convenient time. Installation was done in a day, leaving everywhere clean and tidy.
Paul even came back on a day off when my radiator stopped working to sort out the problem.

They arrived when they said they would, gave an honest appraisal of our existing installation and helped guide us towards the correct replacement option. Paul did an excellent job of changing my very old boiler with water tank to a nice neat combi boiler. Nothing was too much trouble and even popped round on his day off to check my old boiler as I couldn’t get it to work. I can’t recommend enough, great work! Boilers are expensive jobs so chose Paul Harrison and get it right first time!! Thanks Paul

Neil and Paul fitted our new Worcester Bosch boiler in the coldest week of the year. Their service was excellent from start to finish - recommending the best boiler for us based on the size of our house, fitting the boiler quickly with no mess and also moving a radiator, all at a very reasonable price. Neil even diagnosed why we weren't getting hot water upstairs (due to a frozen pipe) from the briefest of descriptions! An excellent company that we will definitely use for our future boiler servicing.

I'd like to take the opportunity to thank Neil and team for the great job that they made of replacing my old conventional boiler and analogue thermostat with a new combi one and smart thermostat. From the communication, quality of service and installation I really couldn't fault them - even the plasterer who I had in later in the week remarked on what a quality job they'd made of the pipework and the brickwork around the external flue. Truly very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone considering similar.
