We use specially built cleaning tanks which remove all traces of carbon, grease & burnt deposits from removable parts of the oven. No fumes, no odours, no harmful chemicals. All removable parts are immersed in the heated tank where the deposits are eliminated, we then return to work on the interior shell & exterior of the oven, the doors can be split apart to be cleaned in between if required, then the oven is re-assembled and polished revealing a clean gleaming oven.
