Been having my bin cleaned for over a year now with no problems. Always cleaned brilliantly. Chris the new guy was very helpful as my bin had not been emptied on Friday he came back Saturday morning to do it. Very polite guy. Well done all

Having moved house and discovered the difference between my old bin being stored in shelter all year around, and how stinky bins get when they are in direct sunlight, I quickly realised I needed to find a wheel bin cleaner.
A quick fb search brought Mr Wheelie Wash to my attention and I'm so pleased it did. An online form to book, an email confirmation straight after and now my bin is sparkling! I honestly couldn't be happier. Oh and online banking to pay, makes it the easiest way for me to pay too. Thank you so much!

I registered for their services in September using the online form. I received no acknowledgement to confirm that they would be cleaning my bin, no thank you for registering for our services. It was only when I asked the guy cleaning the bins 6 weeks later that he confirmed that they were cleaning my bins and that someone would call round for payment on that Sunday. Well Sunday came and no one collected the money. Friday 21st October I receive an invoice for 6, bearing in mind I asked for a monthly clean. I was annoyed because this was the only form of communication I had received. I paid the 6 online.tod ay I receive a card through my door stating I owe 8! Well you know what they can do for that extra 2! Very poor indeed.
