I've just had an old gas fire and fireplace removed and new wood burner installed. No small job as there was a huge stone surround to remove and lots of work involved to renovate. I can't recommend this company or their employees enough! From consultation to completion nothing has been too much trouble. The job was initially estimated to take three days but actually took six at no extra cost. The gentleman working at my property were: Kind; curious; respectful; knowledgeable; flexible; trustworthy and helpful.
With 2 young kids, working parents and 3 dogs this is invaluable! They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was happy with the end result and even reworked some levels to ensure symmetrical installation in my very wonky old store house. Even beyond that they have given me a stove on loan to trial before I buy. I am thrilled with the work and throughly impressed with the company and process. In a world where few businesses prioritise integrity And quality I'd like to recommend this one as practicing both! Many thanks for all you have done.
