Our rental property had a leak around the shower tray,the letting agent called out JPS to do the repair.The mastic around the shower tray had broken down,but instead of replacing the lot, looking at the pictures it was a cut and bodge job.So we will soon be having another leak were the join is as to me this is now a weak point.
