Not too long till we wrap for Xmas. already were ready for the physical rest (esp with no gym.starting to fall to bits by this time, knees, elbows & backs.ouch.oh my) but the mental work never ends. admin, websites. systems, communications, planning etc

Just recently, we had a few new customers within a short period of time who had all recently bought a new property and wanted to start as they mean to go on by getting their chimneys swept and checked out. So far so good, it is a wise decision to get us in sooner rather than later when you are about.

The record for 'thee worst ever chimney' conditions was broken in fine fashion down in Ayr the other day :o. 2+ hours of removing 4 bags of burnt stalactite soot. built up over decades of using the fire as a rubbish furnace for who knows what kind of toxic fuels and countless flue fires.
