Browns staff and product were absolutely excellent. HOWEVER, I had nothing but total grief from their delivery co., Tuffnells. The v expensive tripod ladder was delivered to the wrong postcode, type of property and delivery instruction. The honest recipient troubled to contact me. Tuffnells then had the ladder collected in an un-marked van, but it never did get to me, a mile away! Browns had to send out another ladder to me. I suspect that some sort of scam was going on. I wld NEVER buy again if Tuffnells were the delivery co.
