Had the dream team come out do cooker carpets and other jobs as requested the team was polite and prompt they done fantastic jobs on everything they done would recommend 5 star rating

They failed to show up to a confirmed appointment. They offered no reason as to why they didn't show. They simply did not come. Do not use this company as they have indicated they do not care about the customers. Save yourself the stress and frustration and use another company.
