Absolutely terrible. Arranged to have our boiler fixed and serviced a month in advance and took 3 days holiday so as to be there. Despite several phone calls Clatworthys would not give us even a day that the plumber would call but we were assured that he would ring beforehand. Stayed in for 3 1/2 days but no phone call and no plumber. Have no more leave so we will now have no hot water or heating over Christmas with elderly relatives visiting.
