Our client wanted to update their rear landscape to enjoy the most of our summer months. Prior to the works commencing, the turfed landscape sloped downward from the back creating an uneven surface leaning towards to the flagged area at the rear entrance into the property. We advised keeping a flagged area to open out onto before stepping up twice to create three separate areas. Before we could carry out any new installations, we had to remove the top soil and start to create an even surface. Once we had the space, we secured the perimeter, added sleepers to create different sections and installed drainage to eliminate polling towards to bottom of the garden.

KG Construction acquired this project via recommendation. The clients were first-time buyers and wanted to remodel their property before settling in. We were tasked with altering the internal layout, removing structural walls and installing steel beams designed and specified by our structural engineer. The downstairs area was then rewired and replastered before adding this beautiful, shaker style kitchen along with oak work surfaces and a Belfast sink complimenting this exquisite, internally designed new home.

Featuring a brand new charcoal handleless kitchen with copper rails and white walls installed with modern appliances, Corian Design worktop with built-in sink, drainer and up-stand, this property in Royton is a very unique project of it's own. The ground floor garage has been converted to a modern office with exposed and painted brickwork, copper piping and an OSB chipboard feature wall for that added rustic feel. We opened up the kitchen area to allow the space for a spiral staircase leading to the newly converted office space and installed a herringbone style hard-wearing Cavalio flooring system throughout the first floor.

We have been tasked with the construction of a double storey side extension on this detached dwelling. It's constructed in block as the whole house will be rendered using K-rend thin coat system once the extension is complete. The existing kitchen is to be opened up to make a large kitchen/diner and the rear ground floor masonry of the property to be opened up for large sliding doors to let the outside in maximising the natural light within. To complete we will be adding a contemporary porch to the front as a feature to compliment this build.
