We are very pleased with our Oak Garden Room - it truly has transformed our house. I have to agree with previous reviews that communication was not a strong point during the build and at times I was less than happy. However recently things have changed and the last few times I've been in touch I've been helped immediately. Thank you especially to Stuart Dukes who came today to adjust a window and carry out an internal clean to the oak. He couldn't have been more helpful.

As a counterpoint to the previous review I just wanted to say that we've had our Prime Oak extension for 2yrs now, they were absolutely fantastic and the end result is a room so beautiful that I still can't quite believe I own it. When we first embarked on the idea of getting an oak extension I must say that TV programmes such as "Grand Designs" had made me nervous about the apparent stress caused by ambitious builds such as these. Nothing could have been further from the truth. The entire process from initial design to final finish was stress free, fast and entirely satisfactory.
