I just popped into they showroom in the village of Sedgley, asked Cath & Rav, for a Quote just for six windows they sent Tim, sales rep who came out explained types of glazing to finishes, gave the quote on the spot [No pushy sales or jargon] Couple of days later the surveyer Garth, very polite and professional explain everything. Even the fitters Ian & Tez came well dressed, polite even phoned before they arrived, the finish was 1st class never known a company with everyone employee I met take great pride in they work.

I was extremely pleased with the service from DW.windows, Arvind the gentleman who came initially to discuss and sell the product ,he was honest ,prepared to listen to the ideas I had for design ,he was not at all pushy I was very impressed with him. Mark the surveyor was very efficient and accommodating with my design requests . The scaffolding company DW use were brilliant and lovely polite and efficient, lastly the fitters were quick , clean and considerate in respecting my property.

My only criticism is the lack of a phone call on completion of installation enquiring if I was happy, my installation was finished the 28th of January and I am still waiting for a phone call off them.

We had a replacement UPVC front door and are very pleased with the end result. The work is completed to a highly professional standard and the old door and frame were taken away, leaving a very clean and tidy space. There were a couple of postponements to the job due to supplier chain issues but overall we were happy with the communication we received and the end result was worth the wait.

We have had new windows installed today and are extremely pleased with the end product. The sales process was excellent, a very informative and no-pressure approach from Arvind coupled with an excellent price (which is always welcome!). Kim kept us informed from placing the order through to the fit date and the fitters we had today were polite, professional and very tidy. The quality of the finish is superb. Will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends and DW have definitely secured all of our future business. Keep up the good work!
