A main proportion of our work involves the painstaking refurbishment of period properties within the Greater London Area. We use generations of collective experience on these projects, dealing with the unique problems of older buildings. As well as refurbishing and re-building properties built over the last 200 years we also work on listed buildings, dealing with conservation officers. Our team have all the skills needed for every aspect of building extensions and ground up new build projects. From foundations, through to roofing and final finish joinery and fit out.

Over the years Billy has built a relationship with several commercial clients, particularly specializing in steel works, groundworks, and specialist brickwork. We were approached by the Radisson group to provide specialist bricklaying services within their flagship restaurant Hampshire Edwardian blu Leicester Square. There were tight time constraints within this project, and we handed over on schedule and on budget. Radisson asked us to construct foundations and associated drainage, petrol interceptors, and underground waste storage for a warehouse with a 525m2 footprint.
