The work of replacing every external window and door in my property was carried out in two and a bit days, as forecast. Despite being a big job, the workmen kept the disruption inside the house to a minimum, and they left no mess behind them. They worked hard and cheerfully, and were friendly and communicative. The transformation of the property, both inside and out, was far greater than had hoped for. I cannot recommend Flair highly enough.

Excellent service. Straight forward honest advice. A fair quote none if this....it will cost 15k but I'll make a call , then it magically reduces by 3k. You know where you stand straight away. Guys who installed our windows were professional, tidy, on time and worked through the day.

Flair have installed a complete set of new windows, 2 sets of bi-fold doors and 2 roof lanterns. Nothing was too much trouble, service was excellent and the products are the best we saw in our local area. Particular shout out to Mike in the showroom, Sharon and Adrian in the back office and Trevor from the fitting team. Exemplary customer service. Nothing paid until the job was complete and we were happy with everything, what a refreshing change.
