I can not think of another company that has given such outstanding service. I placed an order for an electric opener. Adam called to make sure I was happy with the order and took time to explain the workings etc. we decided that it would not work. he then sorted through a different approach and we had another chat and agreed that because of the type of window that would not work either. he was simply fantastic in working with what the customer - me - needed rather than go for a quick sale. if there were 10 gold stars to award it would not be enough. Well done Adam.
