Mr Trax Curtain & Blind Solutions, is a Curtains & Blinds company based in Hailsham, East Sussex and owned and run by Doug & Carol Coe. We aim to provide a First Class service including shaping aluminium curtain tracks and specialist poles to bay windows. We also provide a number of corded and motorised options for blinds as well as curtains, and offer a comprehensive range of shutters. We stock 2 ranges of silent gliss corded curtain tracks and 2 ranges of silent gliss uncorded curtain tracks the fitted prices for which are available on this website.
They can be made entirely of high density MDF; they can be MDF with Styrene louvres, or MDF frames with hardwood shutters. There are also faux wood shutters and upvc. Why the variety you may ask? Well MDF is the cheapest of the wooden type but whilst it is the most stable, it is also the heaviest, so if you add Styrene louvres that adds a little to the cost but improves the weight, whilst if you then go to hardwood shutters that adds a bit more to the cost but takes away a considerable amount of the weight of the doors.
As a business we work with a range of manufacturers and suppliers to supply you the consumer with good quality innovative products which we can have made up for you normally within 3 weeks, so you are not kept waiting needlessly. We work with various manufacturers to get you the best deals available. Many of our suppliers will make up the curtains or we can have them made by specialists depending on the finish you require.

Couldn’t recommended Mr Trax highly enough! He installed these shutters in our son’s bedroom today, they look so neat and Doug even had the creative idea of putting a blackout blind behind them for extra darkness! He also cleverly installed a lock on the inside so as to prevent them from being opened by tiny fingers! Doug was very efficient and had all of the parts ordered quickly with the actual shutters being installed in less than half a day. Very friendly service and gave us lots of choice. Avoid Hillary’s and Dunelm and support this local tradesman who won’t rip you off! Thanks Doug
