I was very happy with the sales and installation. The team who fitted the windows and door were very efficient, however a window had been incorrectly sized so it had to be re ordered. I did have an issue with the door on the first night and there was no number for an out of hours contact, as I couldnt lock my door! Someone did come around a week later, but was not very helpful and told me it needed to drop and he could easily lock it!
I am not easily offended but did not like the way I was dealt with and requested not to deal with that person. I got no reply, then I had a call off that person, then a call after installation by the same person. It was something that could have been done by another team member. When I mentioned this and was supposed to have a call back from someone else in the installation team, 5 minutes later I had a call to say no it would be the person I did not want to speak to.
I have sent emails but no replys and still have a door that does not easily close and I had to sort the snags out myself. Some filling in two places on the window sill, nearly all the areas had been made good but just these were missed. So a good price, a good installation team, but they do not listen to after sales especially when the bill is paid.

Had my New Front Door Supplied/ fitted yesterday .Absolutely over the moon. Not only with my Choice of Door .But the excellent and Professional fitting. I had done. My Research and received Quotes from other Major Commpanys. All offering the same product but at a much higher Price. Though Fairveiw were the The lowest. There level of Professionalism was Very high. Cant Recommend Them Highly enough. Neil the Fitter was excellent. Adhered to Covid Guidelines. Friendly and very Professional
