From the point of initial enquiry to the point where the fitters left at no point could I fault service & professionalism. The quote was slightly higher than others but worth it for not being messed about. 1 company scoffed on being asked for a quote on a Saturday! Angela at MRG even arrived when I'd given her the wrong address. We're very pleased with the product that doesn't spoil a pretty Edwardian window. I have no hesitation in recommending this company based on our experience.
