Established in 1988 by Thomas Patrick Corrigan, with the main focus being Vertical, Roller & Venetian blinds. Soon afterwards many other types of Interior Blinds were added to the range, with Shutters, Curtains and Motorised solutions all coming later down the line. In 2007 we introduced Avolon Outdoors, with the initial focus being on Awnings for the smoking ban throughout the Hospitality sector, and while we still manufacture and install awnings on a regular basis, the rise in outdoor culture and alfresco living throughout Ireland in the last decade has allowed us to broaden our range of Outdoor products.

Roof blinds also offer climate control to either keep heat in during the Winter or cool down the room during Summer. Roof blinds can be motorised and also fitted with a solar powered motor taking away the need for wiring and battery changes.

Blackout blinds are also available, to keep natural light out. An easy wipe material is available, offering a practical way to clean your blinds. A laminated service is also available where we can use your own curtain material to make the roller blind. Total black out roller blinds are also available, which are encased in a frame which keeps out all light and draughts. The way in which these blinds are made have been proven to reduce heat loss due to their thermal properties.

Pleated blinds can come either with a single layer or double layer of material, which allows optimum insulation in your home. These blinds take up less room than other blinds, offering a neater alternative.
