The only unit we have available at the moment is currently suitable as a workshop or storage. This is a warm, good sized unit with several large windows providing good natural light. In addition it has modern lighting and smoke alarms. It is carpeted throughout. The unit is presently an open plan office with a further office through two double fire doors. It is fully wired for an intranet system. It has a shared kitchen space with fitted cupboards. It also has a shared disabled toilet and disabled ramps to the main doors.
