Had a boiler service that cost nearly double the standard price due to "extra things that needed doing". Within days my boiler lost pressure and has done every few days since. Boiler was absolutely fine prior to their service. They came back multiple times and couldn't work out the problem, so I've got to look elsewhere and pay more for someone else to come and try to fix it. They were so rude every time I picked up the phone, refused to compensate me for the fact they've left me with a faulty boiler, and told me they won't be coming back again. Disgusted with the treatment from them.

Adam was recommended to us by our regular boiler engineer when it was clear our current boiler needed replacing. He responded promptly to our phone call and when he visited us he gave us a variety of options and advised us what we would need to replace our existing boiler. We received a quote that day and the installation was set to be done in just over a week's time. We were happy with the price that he quoted and agreed to go ahead. He arrived promptly on the day in question and completed the work very efficiently, taking less time than we were expecting. Adam was very pleasant and friendly throughout and everything was left clean and tidy once he had finished. He ran through how the boiler worked before he left and set the heating to our required times. We would have no hesitation in recommending Adam to friends and family. We were extremely pleased with his service.

For approximately eight years, we've relied on AR Heating Services for various boiler, plumbing, and gas-related tasks. Living in Cornwall, trustworthiness and efficiency are paramount in a service provider, and AR Heating Services consistently deliver. Their workmanship is excellent, they adhere to scheduled appointments, and communication is swift and clear. We highly recommend them for their ability to handle tasks independently, allowing us to trust them to complete the job proficiently. Our rating for them cannot be high enough.
We have a number of properties with gas heating and AR Heating are our first choice. Call them, hand over tenant contact details and they take care of the rest. CP12 charges are very competitive. Always good feedback from tenants and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
