Top star review! Ed was great and kept in constant communication leading up to the removal day. Ed had to drive from Leeds to London to collect my belongings, load my possesions up, dismantle a 3 door wardrobe, put up with a nosey dog and then drive back to Leeds to unload it all and reassemble the wardrobe. he done it all without complaint or fuss. such a quick, reliable and friendly service. Superb removals company. We relocated 250miles with quite a lot of possessions. From the quick video assessment of our things, the quote, communication and then on the day Edward and Dan made the whole process straightforward and took so much of the stress out of moving. Ed and his team were extremely helpful, polite and friendly and did everything they could to make our moving day run smoothly. They were very efficient at assembling & rebuilding furniture, transporting our fragile/awkward shaped items, and made sure we were happy with everything. Amazing service! We were let down not once but twice yesterday and after ringing around numerous companies in leeds I got passed Eds number who managed to save the day! They were there in 20 mins. We got in contact with Greenbox following a recommendation from a friend who had been singing their praises and they did not disappoint. Ed and his team were fantastic. The communication was excellent throughout, Ed gave lots of helpful advice and made sure I was clear about what would happen on the day. We have a ridiculous amount of stuff, and have just had a baby, then our toddler was ill on moving day, so everything was a lot more chaotic than wed hoped, but the removal team just took everything in their stride and made what Id dreaded would be a ridiculously stressful day as positive and straightforward as it could have been (which is saying something!)

I decided to go with Greenbox Removals after seeing a recommendation online. I contacted Ed over email and he was prompt in replying and answering any questions I had. After sending a video of the premises i was moving out of he sent me a quote the same day. On moving day he arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful. Ed and his colleague dismantled all large items and moved everything out of the flat with ease.

At the new property they made sure to ask where everything was going including what positions in each room and asked me to look round before they left to ensure I was happy.

Edward and his team were amazing - we used them to move earlier this week. They packed up and unpacked the van so quickly and efficiently, and everything arrived unscathed including my fine china and crystal. Very polite and professional. Double checked where we wanted our heavy items. Service was COVID safe too - everyone was wearing masks and careful to keep distance.
