Initially impressed with service. However when we took cling wrap off oak table it was scratched. Gabi Initially said that it wasn't done when they wrapped it and told us to get quotes to repair it. However he has since changed his mind and said we did it ourselves to claim on their insurance. How insulting. He also refused to give us the name of the owner or insurance details. How disappointing. Will not recommend

This company came and looked around my mums 5 bedroom house for a removal. He quoted and said his biggest van would be big enough to transfer all items within 1 trip. on the day of removal he arrived with the smallest van in the world. they turned up 1 hour late too!! It took 2 trips and we had to use 2 cars twice over too!! All he did was complain all day about the amount of stuff yet he had been round to the house previous and seen it all. My mum labelled all boxes with which room they had to be put in and if they were fragile and breakable...not that this mattered as the gentlemen that helped didn't read it and boxes were abandoned in whatever room they came across and not taken good care off. The floor in the conservatory has a hole in it where they were heavy handed with furniture, tables were scratched and a wardrobe broken! polished wood tables chipped and walls marked were suitcases were piled high from floor to ceiling. After struggling to get the fridge freezer into the property they were quite happy to abandon it outside in the garden until a massive argument happened. absolute cowboys considering they were supposed to be one of the best in Hull. Would never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone!!!

Will never use another company apart from these guys again, we had an issue with getting the new keys until today and they were amazing they packed the van while me n hubby went to sign for keys. They were friendly and very time efficient thank you again guys

I work for Armadillo Self Storage, and Humberside Removals are one of our recommended removal companies. We can't afford to have poor service by removal companies, so we only recommend the best.
The reason for me writing this review now is that they have just dealt with an awkward customer with the professionalism that puts many people to shame. There were huge items of furniture at very awkward angles, and it was a very tight fit into the storage unit.
As always, it was no problem to fit in, in an amazingly quick time, and with smiles on their faces.
This leads on nicely to the owner and staff. You will be hard pushed to find a nicer man than Brian, nothing is too much trouble for him, extremely polite, and he hires great staff too. Fantastic service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We move on Saturday the 2 April 2016 . It took us 8 hours the 2 lads that came was so good we moved in to a 3 story house and they took all the boxes and furniture to which every floor there was going on I will tell everyone I know if they need anything removing or delivering to use you . I am so grateful and thankful for all your help. The lads was amazing great work and once again thank you.
