I opened my first Quentin Marks branch back in 1997, having previously worked in the industry for a national corporate company. My aim when opening the doors for the first time, was to deliver the very best customer service, and to achieve the best possible price for our clients' properties. Now, some 22+ years on, that ethos hasn't altered, despite the many changes we have seen since then. Many of the innovative marketing tools we introduced to estate agency are now considered industry norm - colour photography, colour newspaper advertising and informative sales particulars with floorplans to name but a few.
