Easy to use website to book in the works, a prompt call the next morning to firm up the appt, flexibility to complete the work a day earlier than planned and turned up on time. I've used JB Heating for servicing before, adding external taps and their service has always been efficient.

Found JB heating services on the internet and contacted them. Their response was very quick and we were sent an engineer,Angus, who diagnosed the fault and replaced the part immediately!. Scheduled to arrive at 9am. Called at 8:20 to say on the way and arrived just before 9. Young gentleman very professional. Straight to work and fixed boiler and checked all radiators. Heard his phone go off several times but he did not answer, which is a big plus as it means he was dealing with just me. Definate recommendation.
