What a fantastic team they are at Eco Installer. They gave me great advice while specifying my Solar installation. Listened to my crazy thoughts and did a first class job on the actual install, giving me exactly what I asked for. The work was all done to the highest standards and sailed through an independent industry body inspection without a problem.
It has now been almost two years since Eco Installer completed our Solar PV/Battery installation and I am pleased to say that it continued to function better than we could have ever imagined.
Our house (5 bed detached) is new and well insulated with a heat pump so we only use electricity for all our energy needs. Our total energy bill for the first year was around £450 and will be similar for the second year. The panels generate more electricity than we use each year and the main reason we have to pay anything for the low level of supply we need is the daily standing charge and the significant delta between the rate the electricity company charge us for supply and what they pay us for selling electricity to them.

Repeat customer here - once for an air-source heat pump and more recently for a battery storage system. The team were willing to go the extra mile and form a new relationship with the company I wanted to supply the battery, and went through the training required to become an accredited installer. I also talked extensively with them about installing solar PV too - I found them to be honest and pragmatic, and will be back for a solar installation hopefully in the near future.

Eco Installer fitted an Air Source heat pump in my home this June.My old system was an absolute nightmare to remove but all of the engineers were brilliant.They were prompt very knowledgeable,patient and kind.The job was done efficiently and took less time than I anticipated.

Eco Installer have just fitted a Mitsubishi air pump system to our house and we are delighted with the equipment and their work. The heat pump was installed on our patio with the plant within our garage.
The office staff and engineers were a pleasure to work with offering polite and professional service at all times. The installation is very neat looking, and all achieved with a minimum of fuss or inconvenience.
My biggest praise for the company would be their communications. If they said it was going to happen - it happened, and at the timescale provided. We did not help matters by contracting Covid 19 during the final phase of commisoning. Our predicament was treated sympathetically, and the work delayed until our recovery.
Having a heating system installed in the July heatwave means we haven't yet been able to test the equipment out in anger, but I have every confidence in the quality of the equipment and workmanship of the installation.
I was surpised, however, that the price given did not include insulation of all the pipework within our garage. However, this was a simple and cheap diy excercise, and is now finished.
That does not distract from our overall gratitude and praise of Eco Installer for their work in supplying and fitting our heatpump system.

Our situation was probably a bit more complicated than some in that we didnt have space to put the outdoor heat pump unit directly outside our house, and our indoor space needed rearranging too. We also wanted to have some cooling ability from the system, to ease summer heatwaves. Eco Installer worked with us tirelessly to find a solution and took a great deal of time and care to look into our suggestions and put forward ideas of their own. The team who came to do the installation were quick, friendly and efficient very easy to have around and we were kept informed throughout about dates and timing. The whole thing was completed quite quickly. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Eco Installer to anyone looking to have a heat pump installed.

Just received our handover pack from Eco Installer following the installation of the ASHP at our major Bungalow renovation.
From the outset we knew we wanted a sustainable and eco friendly home and home environment, with so many options it seemed rather daunting.
Having arranged a visit to Eco Installers office a whole system was designed to complement each other, incorporating a Solar array, MVHR, ASHP with underfloor heating.
Everything has been excellent from organising installations, actual installations and coordinating with our builder, not to mention the admin team on sorting out grant paperwork etc.
Now enjoying the fruits of their expertise and have already referred them to our friends.
Looking forward to a long term relationship with services going forward.

GREAT JOB done by eco installer ,been without the heat pump/hot water etc for months and its been so cold down to 5 degrees inside, put out e' mails /phone calls to lots of firms [that don't know what they are doing] but found Eco installer once they identified we needed a replacement heat pump the monkey on our backs, DISAPPEARED, Thanks to the whole team
