However, heavy machinery removals and CNC machine installations are where we earned the nickname ‘the machinery movers'. Let us down at the last minute due to their phones not working the previous afternoon. Pre-booked Wednesday, offered to pay by card then and there. Told had to wait for the "accounts dept" to do the paperwork, had to chase for the paperwork on the Thursday, finally had it through at 1pm. Tried to call to arrange payment, phones rang and then cut out when we rang from two landlines and two mobiles, kept trying periodically up till 5pm. Rang first thing (8:30am) on the Friday to be told that they had cancelled the booking due as they expected prepayment. A complete joke considering I offered to pay on the Wednesday when organising the booking and couldn't get through on their phones.

Exciting times for Penlan Leisure Centre in Swansea! Currently undergoing a refurb, we were asked to install a new water filtration unit, with great consideration paid to a confined environment. The unit weighed over a ton and was carefully installed by our experienced team. Best of luck to Penlan.
