Report
Hubby and I bought a container-load of plumbing fixtures from James over 2 years ago. The entire shipment to Australia arrived in perfect condition and cleared customs without any problems. James was most helpful in sourcing some products for us that were not listed on their website. Communication was excellent and the entire process was surprisingly easier than I expected. A+++++
