Avoid this company!!! Absolutely shocking!! I booked with a different firm which couldn’t do my job direct so subbed out to these guys without my knowledge. They turned up on time which was great, but then complained the entire time they were there at my home. They didn’t protect the carpets, they didn’t wrap any of our belongings before putting them on the van. They then told me at 11.30 that there would be extra charges and they couldn’t fit everything in the van. Threatened to stop the move because they somehow ‘knew’ that it would take all night, we wouldn’t complete so our furniture would go back in the same house and we wouldn’t pay???????. Told me to speak to their boss who proceeded to scream at me down the phone. The guys agreed to just get the van packed up and go for lunch- but they didn’t pack up anything from our garden so we had to get hold of a large vehicle ourselves at the last minute and pack up the entire garden ourselves. We then completed at 3 o’clock on a Friday so we DID complete on time. They didn’t even assemble our bed back up in the new house when we were told all our furniture would be rebuilt and put where we wanted it. Smoking and putting cigarette butts all over the floor outside our new house in front of new neighbours. To top it all off I was forced to pay as much as we could in cash so they avoided the VAT and got no receipt.
We booked removal men as we were promised a stress free moving day- which it definitely wasn’t which was all down to this company - they ruined the entire day. I have never been spoken to the way that I was spoken to by Trevor, especially as a paying customer! Even one of the workers complained about him. Never ever use this company!!!

Brilliant service! Moved me in a matter of hours! Everything was handled with so much care. The guys are really friendly and chatty!
Will definitely be using this company again if ever I need a removal!
