We are a family run company that has been in operation for over 50 years. Originally founded by Frederick Doble, who started out as a general heating engineer and later purchased a small retail unit with his wife Wendy Doble to trade from as they could see the possibilities for expansion. This is where the empire started to grow and three moves later, expanding to larger premises the company is now run by their son Barry Doble who has had over twenty years experience in the bathroom industry. We have an unlimited amount of bathroom literature available for our clients, so please feel free to pick up brochures or speak to one of our sales staff for advice when visiting our showroom.

Just been on the wrong end of some woeful customer service from this place. I've spent thousands of pounds with them and they failed to deliver a small inexpensive but important item. I've communicated that on three occasions yet when I failed to follow up and went back to them a few month later when the item in question was required i was told by Aaron in no uncertain terms tough luck. I expect more but when it comes to customers its the small things that make a difference. At the end of the day I've paid for something I've not received.
