I phoned Derek the other day to try and find a replacement cartridge for my old Tap. Basically he just sorted it. Nothing was too much trouble and he even took me through how to dismantle/ remove the old one. Derek you are a star many thanks for your help, the Tap is now fully working. Thankfully Derek knows what he is talking about whereas I do not! I called for advice on what I needed as I didn't know what I needed and Derek pointed me in the right direction. I placed the order and Derek spotted that I'd ordered two cartridges which turned in the same direction rather than opposite directions so emailed me and sorted it out. Brilliant service. and I would highly recommend them.
