My name is Mark Clements; I am the owner of Kavanaghs Kitchens and Bathrooms. We are an established supplier of all leading manufacturers of bathroom and kitchen products. We offer a supply only service or a full installation service using direct fitters with unrivalled workmanship. We fit everything in your bathroom and kitchen including plastering, electrics, worktops, doors, wet rooms, shower panelling, tiling, under floor heating etc so there are no hidden costs. My job is to keep my customer happy at all times, this entails all installation work, project managed by myself from survey to 3D CAD design to the finished product.

Thief!!!! ….Charged me £5000 upfront for materials he later said would be delivered ‘as he was going along’ - why charge me £5000 upfront then?!
Mark (the owner) refused to give me a breakdown of his cost of £10,300 for a small bathroom, despite sending me an email that he would provide this. When I confronted him with evidence of this statement- he said that this was for his purposes and that it did not mean he would provide a breakdown. Why send it to the customer in the first place- it’s a complete joke!
Despite delivering no materials to me, he wanted another £3000 after a weeks work- so in effect, I would be paying £8000 (I have no materials), and he then told me his plasterer wasn’t coming until the week after. This meant I was paying £8000 just for electrics in the bathroom, a wooden floor, a bit of plumbing, and a new door!
The day before he was scheduled to do the work, he texted me saying he wasn’t coming due to having ‘anxiety’. I had asked him for a breakdown, as he had promised me initially, but then refused to provide because apparently ‘he had never been asked for a breakdown in the many years he had been running’, and was acting as if I was asking an offensive question. I find this extremely hard to believe!
He also said that his father had days to live. I said ‘I understand, and that I would like my money back in full’. However, he stated that I had to pay for the materials that he ordered (and that I had never received), and that he would sell me the suite at a discounted price. What was I going to do with a suite I couldn’t fit?! And why do I have to pay for materials I never received. He even told me some of the materials were in his shop and that I could have them when I wanted. So when I asked him to deliver the materials received with some floorboards he was meant to deliver, he then started getting offended, and stating that I didn’t trust him. I just wanted the materials that I had paid £5000 for.
The man seemed annoyed at answering basic questions about my bathroom, and although I sympathise with his situation, I
am not happy that I had to take a week off work to accommodate his dates for fitting my bathroom, only for him to notify me the day before that he has ‘anxiety’, and is not coming.
He stole £300 of my money to apparently return the goods that he ordered (which I never saw).
I find him completely dishonest, and would never use him again!

Had a full renovation from a old wet room into a contemporary shower room , the workmanship was excellent from Matt and Sarah they were very professional and help with advice nothing was too much trouble Sarah did not stop cleaning so pleased from the start excellent Value thanks to all have you.

Full bathroom refurb. Phil and Pete were there on time everyday and never left a mess. Pleased with finished bathroom. Few teething problems which were dealt with straight away. Had bathroom speakers installed and one happy husband. Good customer service from Mark and Nicky.

I recently needed a complete bathroom renovation for my Victorian cottage, and Dean and his team delivered exceptional results. From start to finish, they provided extensive guidance and support. Richard, the fitter, was consistently punctual and incredibly attentive, frequently updating me on the progress. We handled the painting ourselves, and the final result is absolutely stunning.

Kavanagh's helped us to design the bathroom as we were open to ideas. The workmanship was excellent. Good company to deal with - would highly recommend.
Be warned the owner Mark is not interested in coming out to look at any issues you may have and always tries to avoid fixing any issues. We had to.
Absolutely over the moon with my new kitchen, can't praise everyone involved enough, Mark had everything organised perfectly and we knew exactly what.
