I would give zero stars if I could. They checked and rewired my property before my tenants moved in and did a terrible job. Spotlight fittings were damaged and some of the plugs no longer work. They removed a electrical socket by the front door and the wiring/light in the shed without consent. I contacted them a year and a few days later when I moved back into the property and they refused to rectify the issues because I was a few days after the service guarantee. Receptionist was incredibly rude and refused to help. Avoid them at all costs!!!!!!!!

From start to finish, the team were professional, friendly, tidy, prompt, helpful and also very patient working around our family, including a sleepy baby and nosey indoor cat! Brilliant service from Professional happy person on the phone who was up front on possible costs, to Phil who came to do the job who was helpful , polite and transparent in everything he did. I tell anyone who needs the services of a plumber, just how great it was to deal with your company. Prompt, courteous, and tidy - excellent job from Phil, who went over and above to help us out, when our cold water tank sprang not one, but two leaks. We are now saving up to get our bathroom refurbished, and I can't imagine we'd look any further than James Foy Plumbing to do the work, for us. Thanks also to the telephone reception girls, who were lovely to deal with. A lot of companies could learn customer satisfaction from you. Thanks again!
