After out growing the original premises, Homefit re-located to its current premises at 4 Hannahstown Hill in 2002. Going from strength to strength the company then opened its second branch in Lanark Way in Belfast in late 2003. Was Recommended to go to a Homefit as doing bathroom refurbishment and ask for David. David is class. We weren’t sure what we wanted. He helped us choose and was so patient. Had to ring him a few times during the process and he always got back to me. We have put pvc cladding in all the walls. Amazing job. Total transformation. We love it

Will never use them again!!!
Ordered and paid for 60 odd metres of dado rail, also picture rail and around 60m planed timber,, to be delivered. Then they sent different sized dado rail. I made do!
Ordered and paid for roofing sheets, timber and posts etc to be delivered to another job a week later. They told me they hadn't got the length of roofing I wanted so I re-jigged the clients roof for a bigger one. Phoned them to check the order on Monday morning after bolting in the met-posts only to be told they SOLD MY ROOFING to someone else and if I didn't like it I could have my money back! This is while I have a man on site being paid with nothing to do.
Then they told me I could have the roofing sheets in the size that they "didn't" have, so had to redo the met-posts to make the roof smaller again.
Today, I bought a sheet of MDF, among other things, and asked to have it cut to size. The sheet was £18, cutting it was £15. No advanced warning. Less than 5 minutes work. Total rip-off.
I will always try my best to shop local as and when I can, but I will never, ever use Homefit again.

Had an issue going on a couple of weeks. Not really getting anywhere. Got a phone call from David ( Lanark Way ) on Thursday past with the view to resolving it. Met with him Friday. He was top class. Had a think over the weekend and met with him again yesterday. Issues sorted. Fast and efficient and seemed to have a lot of time for us and came across like he genuinely cared about our custom. Couldn’t give him enough credit.

I highly recommend Malachy, the team and the Homefit products and services. We got two bathrooms for a very reasonable price and we have been left with really high quality finishes in our home. If anyone is looking for bathrooms do not go past Homefit!

I was very impressed today in Homefit by the new interior, it’s a great improvement and the counter staff were very friendly. I needed some wood cut for a little DIY job and the young man in the wood yard was a great help with his knowledge and advice. Very nice experience to get such good service.
