Unfortunately due to the new Covid-19 regulation changes that took place on the 18/11/2020 we have been instructed to close our showroom, this is unfortunate news, but for a small family business, we are nothing but adaptable and are changing the way we work to suit our customers and ensure projects will still run smoothly.
we wish everyone good health in these troubled times, we understand the difficulties with day to day life, soon hopefully some normality will return.
COVID - 19 SELF ISOLATION _______________ During this time of self isolation we are all using our bathrooms up to 3 times more than usual. So it's really important to use a little extra care when in use and keep a watchful eye on any maintenance required ( if it comes loose tighten it up before it breaks scenario). Because at the moment the chance of getting spare parts from any supplier is just about Zero. Also to get a bathroom Fitter to visit who Is not in self isolation himself creates.
We would like to reassure all our customer we are taking extra measures here at Phillips Bathrooms, additional cleaning has been added to our routine. We are still open 6 days a week and are happy to go though any enquiries over the phone and via email if you have any concerns or unable to call into the showroom!
