Had an issue with shower boards we bought but Manager Simon went above and beyond to resolve the problem, his communication was excellent, he constantly kept me updated and even hand delivered paperwork to my house after he finished one of his shifts at the Leechmere branch, he delivered first class customer care, therefore I highly recommend purchasing products from WPS Leechmere

We didn't know what we wanted but Emma customer service and knowledge second to none helped us at every step of the way

The quality of service is outstanding. The courtesy, patience and guidance of the staff is brilliant. The expertise of the staff in the showroom is without parallel in my experience. No wonder plumbers recommend them to their clients.
