I contacted Shaun following an advertisement that I saw in the Really Useful Directory. Shaun provided us with an excellent service from our initial meeting with him. He was able to design a bathroom that met our requirements and his suggestions and ideas all met with our approval. Everything about Shaun's design we liked and we are thrilled with the end product. Throughout the entire process, Shaun has been on hand to answer any queries and kept us updated daily with the movements of the contractors. All the contractors involved throughout the process were extremely professional and friendly and provided an excellent service. They were all extremely tidy and even laid down covering on the stair carpet to avoid any damage. I would thoroughly recommend Shaun and his team without reservation.

The initial consultation from Shaun put us at ease in terms of the design and the intended quality of construction and materials. We needed to make a number of changes prior to work commencing and this was all absorbed without fuss by Shaun. The tradesmen who were involved in the construction were - to a man - competent, friendly and proud of the work. Throughout the project, Shaun remained engaged and responsive to our queries and clarifications. Using Shaun absolutely justified my selection of a locally based company. We're absolutely delighted with the finished en suite.
