Michael progressed in his work to then become a production manager. In 1999 Michael opened Town & Country N.E Kitchens Bedrooms in a small unit, the business grew mainly on customer recommendations, they moved to accommodate the needs of the business to a bigger manufacturing unit & showroom & the business has gone from strength to strength. He believes in a "No High Pressure Sales" approach & always gives honest advice & unlike many in this trade he does not believe in undercutting any competitors prices to win business.
