I called Double C Plumbing as my upstairs close coupled toilet keep blocking with a very poor flush. I thought I would need to have the toilet replaced. Catalin said the flush was fine and he suspected a blockage and would come back 2 days later to investigate. He returned with various replacement Pan Connectors parts, removed the toilet showed me the blockage problem (grout build up hardened around the U bend of the pan after bathroom work from years before). He removed the blockage replaced the toilet quickly and we now have a fully functioning toilet. Very pleased with his expertise and service.

Quick response and reasonable prices. Installed new taps and plumbing for dishwasher, power flushed central heating system & added a magnetic filter, replaced a corroded radiator and added TSVs to existing radiators. Efficient and professional, and everything left clean and tidy afterwards. Will definitely use again.

I have used Double C plumbing for the last year and a half for all of our plumbing needs at our restaurant in Norwich. I got in touch with them after our last plumber had ridiculously overcharged us and not done the correct work. Catalin came by within a couple of hours of my call and went through the work that was needed, giving me a more than fair quote. Ever since then I have been able to contact him at any time and catalin has always made space to come and help with emergencies etc no matter how busy he is. In November of last year we had a complete refit done of the kitchen and I can honestly say that he transformed the space! He worked to a very tight timescale as we wanted to be back open as soon as possible and even offered money saving alternatives to some of the jobs I asked his advice on. I thoroughly recommend Double C plumbing Services. The work is of a very high standard and the customer care is spot on. Thanks for making our working life that little bit easier!

My under sink piping was a mess and starting to leak a little. I emailed Double C in the afternoon and was called that evening and arranged a visit the next day. Expecting only a recce, the guy did the work there and then. Total reconfiguration of the pipes, plus new hole in the brick to move the outlet. Done in 90 mins, cost very reasonable, very tidy work, I am well pleased and can fully recommend. Doesn't do boilers, just a good old fashioned plumber.
