Matt was not immediately available for our bathroom refit, however, it was worth the wait. What I liked was his respect for my ideas and design, helping me achieve what I wanted. I found some plumbers were negative and dismissive of my ideas. Matt worked hard and his attention to detail was to be admired. I also liked his friendly manner and he was tidy and aware of children being around, taking care not to leave anything dangerous around. We will be getting him back to do our other bathroom.
