We woke up to a leak in the hallway ceiling from the bathroom radiator. No heating or Hot water. Huge thanks to Simon Challis from Derby Plumbing Services Limited who was out within the hour and got us sorted out.
Heating is back on and we are thawing out from building a snowman this morning.

Simon was booked to fix a leaking kitchen sink waste system, a weaving toilet cistern and change a wash basin tap washer. He replaced the sink waste pipes in 15 minutes, and each of the other jobs in a similar time. He was contacted on a Monday morning and attended the next Thursday afternoon. No mess, and a cheerful practical approach.
