Upon arrival our experienced in-house team will firstly and most importantly lay waterproof floor protector throughout the area between the entrance we are using, to the room we are working in, to protect your home. All installations are project managed by ourselves, however all our tradesmen are fully briefed about your project and should be able to answer any questions you may have. Our installers are fully insured (for your peace of mind) and will remain respectful of your home whilst working.
Aqua: kitchens are manufactured locally and are offered in a huge range of styles, finishes and colours from Slab white gloss to Hand painted solid wood inframe. All our kitchens are designed and built to your exact specification and are offered with a full range of kitchen appliances from all across the UK and Europe. You can choose work surfaces from laminate and solid woods, to stone and sparkling quartz, solid surface and our favourite, Silestone, all to compliment your fabulous new aqua: kitchen.
Visiting our showroom you will see some of the latest products from Ideal Standard, Vitra, GSI, Imperial, Novellini, April, Flova and Bagnodesign to name a few of the quality manufacturers whose products we supply and install. Our displays are all within lifestyle settings and full tiled. We supply and install a full range of porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and stone tiles. Our in-house 3D computer design system uses the images of the products we supply; this allows you to design and see your virtual bathroom and get the layout, décor and light just right before embarking upon your remodelling.

Small job organised to reseal a bath and remove a shower screen in my parents flat - arranged for 8.30am on the 8th August - no show and no phone call to explain - tried to phone Andy at aqua and left voicemails - ended up going into the store to find out what was happening at 1pm - apparently everything had gone wrong and he was getting round to me! Had to ask for an apology - they would probably get round to my job 10th or 11th August! If this company can't make a quick call to let me know they wouldn't be coming what else can't they do! How companies deal with problems shows the measure of a company! customer service is key! My job may be small and insignificant but it may have created more work going forward - I am now going elsewhere and Andy seemed quite happy for me to do that - please consider very carefully when choosing a bathroom company - issues can arise but you need a company that will handle them professionally!
Had a complete renovation for a medium sized kitchen. Took about 3 weeks in total but everything was done with complete professionalism. Would highly recommend their services and products. Kitchen units are of excellent quality and ceramic floor tiles look like real wood. I will post some before, during and after photos.
