Terrible, after just a few years of use the finish is coming off my tap. Apparently this is due to the use of flash bathroom spray and I should only have cleaned it with water! (I live in a hard water area!) Oh and should have dried the tap after every use! I have never had this happen to any other tap or chrome bathroom product despite cleaning in the same way. I am very disappointed after spending a lot of money on numerous Vado "supposedly quality" products for my bathroom.
Shocking. Rubbish. Useless. Crap - you name it - Vado or top of the list! Don't buy a shower from them unless you want something that reminds you of.
Don't waste your money on vado products poor customer service they've fobbed me off I've had 2 shower mixer units replaced twice and repaired once and they've gone again the mixer thermostat button keeps sticking risking scalding all they keep saying is it's because of hard water I've asked them to replace them with a different type answer NO heed my warning
