I have recently had Rydale fit a superb bespoke set of interior French Doors between my lounge and orangery due to the amount of energy I was using at todays prices. This was done to my total satisfaction, I had a number of quotes and Rydale not only price matched but was the Best quote by far. From start to finish I was impressed with their diligence and quality workmanship Jason and Darren excelled in all they did true professionals.

Right from the first contact with Chris Ryedale have been nothing but professional. We were given a wide range of doors to select from and Chris gave us guidance and advice. This contact was followed up by a visit from the surveyor who checked the measurements and confirmed the choices we had made. The fitters were quick clean and efficient , and a couple of really nice chaps. Final contact was through the quality checker who came to review the fitting: he found a minor omission which was rectified within the hour. We are completely satisfied with the quality and fitting of the door and surround we ordered.

Purchased a new back door. It was not a straight forward replacement and required some effort on their behalf. I also required other replacement units to a conservatory. From start to finish ( ie purchase to installation) all of the staff were a pleasure to work with, refreshingly so. I was kept informed at every stage. They co-ordinated the installation of the door and the maintenance work, which, took some effort on their part as different sections of their business were involved and I didnt have to chase them.

The installation of the products was undertaken by a delightful man, Phil, who deserves special mention. He visited site in advance so that he understood what was required. He came at the scheduled time and knew exactly what was required. He worked diligently and knowledgeably. The garden is South facing and it was a relentlessly hot day but that didnt faze him. He was professional as well as being great fun.

The quality of his work was impressive and he is an asset to the company. The products themselves were of a high quality with an industry standard locking mechanism. In summary, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

Stu and his fitters were superb. From the initial discussion with Stu, he was open and honest and listened to our specs. He made recommendations off the back of what we liked and in one case, talked us into a cheaper window, so we knew he was looking for our best interests based on what we said we would like. The lads who fitted the windows themselves were efficient, tidy and the job was to a very high standard. Stu then got back in touch with us to see how we felt the fitting went, which myself and my wife thought was a really nice touch. We cant recommend Rydale Windows enough!

We selected Rydale Windows because of the quality of the product offered & the service provided. They installed Double Glazing Units through out our property including a new Porch. This work was expertly carried out & each day & the Enginners cleared up after them selves, infact when the job had been completed, no internal decoration was needed.
