Loft Boarding
We install the strongest raised loft flooring systems available, including CaberFloor P5 and Loft-Trac systems. Our moisture-resistant 18mm boards add up to 50% more usable space while maintaining insulation efficiency. All installations come with lifetime warranties that won't void NHBC coverage.
Loft Ladders
We supply and install tried-and-tested loft ladders suited to all property types. Our systems combine ease of use with energy efficiency, featuring insulated hatches that help reduce household fuel consumption while providing safe, reliable access.
Velux Windows
Our certified installers fit Velux roof windows to bring natural light and ventilation into loft spaces. We offer a range of thermally efficient options that improve energy performance while meeting all building control standards for safety and quality.
Loft Insulation
We provide organic, fire-resistant insulation in various thicknesses (100-270mm) to suit different loft types. Our solutions maintain proper airflow to prevent condensation while improving energy efficiency and reducing heating costs.
Electrical Services
As NICEIC-registered electricians, we handle all domestic and commercial electrical work in lofts. This includes lighting installations, socket relocations, and TV aerial setups, all completed to the highest safety standards with minimal disruption.
