Manufactured from Thermoset GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester), Frameline's Doorstyle doors are compression moulded to give a high definition panel design with the characteristics of timber. The sites and rails are composed of water-resistant polymer which is bonded to the skin and filled with an insulating core of 100% CFC-free polyurethene. The system incorporates many unique features including an integrated cill and track which reduces step height by 35mm. Furthermore, sash adapters complement hinge fixing to give effortless glide. The Bi-fold system incorporates many of the door system products during manufacture and uses the standard range of ancillary products, again designed to minimize stock and use existing manufacturing tooling to aid production efficiency.

The Duraflex Tilt and Turn system offers an excellent solution for many new build and refurbishment projects and is available in a variety of styles and options to complement any home. The Tilt and Turn range features a dual opening mechanism for security, safety and practicality. By twisting the handle to 90 degrees, the sash tilts inwards to provide gentle ventilation; when turned to 180 degrees the side hinges engage to enable the window to be fully opened for ease of cleaning or fire escape.

The featured 70mm residential door can be fully glazed or feature mullions, to create a traditional effect. Available in Woodgrain, Golden Oak, and Duraflex Brilliant White, your choice will be enhanced by combining the door with any style of panel. To complement our window system a range of single, sidelight, double and stable options can be manufactured in a comprehensive variety of combinations and sizes. All options can be specified inward or outward opening and are available in a variety of coloured profiles to suit most applications including low threshold options for part M compliance.
